Return Policy
Requests for product returns at Sree Aquarium and Pets are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- Requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
In such cases, you can choose to either wait for a re-shipment/replacement or request a full refund.
Guidelines for a Valid Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Products and accessories must be in their original condition.
- The original seal must not be broken for liquid products or dry goods.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be retained and returned.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to missing or damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of some products, the following are not eligible for return unless arrived dead or damaged:
- Live Fish and Pets (covered by Live Arrival Guarantee only).
- Aquarium Plants.
- Opened bottles of water conditioners or medications.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
- While we initiate refunds quickly, your bank or payment gateway may take 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your account.
