Shipment Processing Time

Thank you for choosing Sree Aquarium and Pets. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
• Most orders placed before 12 PM are shipped on the same business day.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. For rural areas, delivery may take additional time.

Note: In case of significant delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages & Live Arrival Guarantee

We take extreme care in packaging live animals and fragile goods. If you receive your order damaged:

• Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
• Mandatory: An unboxing video must be shared as proof of damage.
• For live fish/pets, clear photos/videos of the specimen in the original sealed bag are required for a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee claim.
• We will either replace the product or issue a refund at no extra cost to you upon verification.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
