Warranty on Products

Generally, all aquatic products come without a warranty unless specified or provided by the manufacturer directly. You may visit the manufacturer’s website or contact us for more information on specific products.

• Premium brands like Eheim, Fluval, and Chihiros often come with manufacturer warranties.
• No warranty is provided for brands such as SunSun, Boyu, Sobo, or other budget-friendly brands unless explicitly stated.
• Shipping charges for return and replacement/service during the warranty period are to be borne by the customer.

Claims & Replacements

We prioritize the safety of your goods. Please note:

• Unboxing video is mandatory for all products like filters, LED lights, and pumps to confirm the contents are intact and safe upon arrival.
• Please perform a dry run for a few seconds (if applicable) before full installation. Issues must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
• No claims will be allowed if faults are reported after installation unless it's a genuine manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
