Warranty on Products
Generally, all aquatic products come without a warranty unless specified or provided by the manufacturer directly. You may visit the manufacturer’s website or contact us for more information on specific products.
- Premium brands like Eheim, Fluval, and Chihiros often come with manufacturer warranties.
- No warranty is provided for brands such as SunSun, Boyu, Sobo, or other budget-friendly brands unless explicitly stated.
- Shipping charges for return and replacement/service during the warranty period are to be borne by the customer.
Claims & Replacements
We prioritize the safety of your goods. Please note:
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all products like filters, LED lights, and pumps to confirm the contents are intact and safe upon arrival.
- Please perform a dry run for a few seconds (if applicable) before full installation. Issues must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
- No claims will be allowed if faults are reported after installation unless it's a genuine manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

All product names, images, and logos are property of their respective owners. Images are for reference purposes; actual product colors or packaging may slightly differ due to manufacturer updates.
Please consult with our team before placing an order if you have questions about product compatibility. No exchange or return is applicable for wrongly selected products.
